Brett Paul Giroir (pronounced jir-WAH) (born 4 November 1960) is an American pediatrician. He was formerly the U.S. assistant secretary for health, a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and an acting Food and Drug Administration commissioner.
