Kang Young-hoon Height

Kang Young-Hoon (Korean: 강영훈, 30 May 1922 – 10 May 2016) was a South Korean diplomat and politician who served as the prime minister of South Korea from 1988 to 1990 under President Chun Doo-hwan. Beginning his career in the military, Kang entered politics through the diplomatic foreign ministry before being elected to the National Assembly in 1987.
